The location was fine, but they didn’t deliver on the promised amenities: the foot massage and temazcal. We even found a scorpion in the bathroom and had to kill it for our safety, showing a clear lack of fumigation. Breakfast starts at 9 a.m., which isn’t practical for business travelers.

The spot was good, but the bathrooms and receptionist Jocelyn were utterly incompetent—she didn’t provide proper service or even basic information about activities.
