“Fantastic modern welcoming hotel great location”
The hotel was excellent, very clean and presented perfectly. The staff were attentive. The only minor downside was that breakfast ended at 10 am, which was a bit too early.

The bakery next to the hotel was great, but for a Hyatt it should be a lot better.

The location is pretty good: a park is just across the street, and many nice dining and shopping spots are nearby. The King Room with City View ended up being cramped because of the furniture, and the bed was a queen, not a king (the receptionist said that at Hyatt, king and queen beds are the same, which is weird!). The breakfast spot was freezing; my coffee cooled in 5 minutes after being brewed. When I raised the issue, the staff said they had warm blankets and I could ask for one… Also, there is no luggage service at all – that’s a bit inconvenient when you have several suitcases.
