The location was good, but the room wasn’t cleaned on either of the two days I stayed. The hotel charges $30 daily for parking, breakfast is pricey and not included, and the in‑room coffee wasn’t replenished.

There was no safe in the room, food and laundry were taxed, and the laundry facility wasn’t working. We had to use the sister hotel next door. The room also lacked a microwave, so we had to go to the ground floor to use one.

The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square, but it’s very old, the rooms are neglected, and only 3 of the 6 elevators work—what a disaster!
