The location right on the promenade is fantastic. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast buffet was perfectly adequate. There’s nothing to complain about. The many stairs are the only issue, but they were known and unavoidable 😅

Great location, right on the beach road. Excellent staff, outstanding breakfast, very good selection, white tablecloths on every table.

A family‑friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. Located directly on the beach promenade and pier. Everything was spotless. A hair dryer was placed in the room on request. There’s a private parking spot behind the building. The room, bathroom, and breakfast area are bright and practical. With the stay card you can ride the free bus between the lakes (the boat was unfortunately always booked in advance!). Even the weather was kind to us! The downside is that there are 3 floors without an elevator, so carrying luggage or climbing after a long hike is a bit tiring. In rooms 31 and 21 it takes a long time for the shower water to heat up, wasting a lot of water. The mattresses and pillows were clearly too soft.

The spot was great, but climbing 52 stairs without an elevator to reach the room and the pillow was a hassle; otherwise everything was fine!

I had a fantastic, spacious room overlooking the sea. The ladies who set up our room were a find—friendly and with a twinkle in their eye. Breakfast was simple but in a nice area; I missed the muesli and yogurt. The breakfast could definitely be improved.
