The front desk staff were helpful, but the alarm clock set by the previous guest wasn’t reset, so I was woken up early in the morning.

The hotel itself was fantastic, the breakfast always hot and never empty, and the front desk staff were very friendly, though the elevators were broken and we had to use the service elevator.

I would not recommend this place.

It’s a great spot, but they let homeless people come in and ask guests for money, which shouldn’t be allowed on the property.

Quiet, clean, and the staff were good; I have no complaints.
