The air‑conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable, but the manager stole a bag from our room, didn’t believe us when we complained, and only offered a tiny compensation that we didn’t accept; on the day we left, the summary we had agreed to was not honored, and the whole crew felt dishonest and unreliable, giving us the impression they were trying to profit off us. Even though everything had been prepaid online, they still charged our account 160 gullers for alleged damages that weren’t necessary. After we raised the issue, the kitchen manager stopped the process. Disappointing.

Nothing good to say. The customer service was terrible, I almost paid $300, yet they had no free Wi‑Fi and added a lot of hidden fees.

“Check your bank account after you stay here if you book through a third party.”

The pool and facilities were lovely, but they charged me for the room and double parking even though I’d already paid for the room through booking, and nobody is helping me recover the money.
