Casa d'amare

“I could stay for longer and a big thank you to Mario and Davide ❤️”

The place was spotless, and Mario and Davide took great care of us; Davide even picked me up from the station and explained every facility in detail. The flat, called “White House,” offered a breathtaking rear view, and the terrace was perfect for starting the day with coffee and ending it with a peaceful dinner.

“Excelente propiedad”

The accommodation is very spacious with a beautiful balcony. Mario was a genius, picking us up and advising us on everything we asked for. It has everything needed for a three‑day stay. The only downside is that it’s about a 25‑minute walk from the city center, but that didn’t bother us.

“Un recibimiento muy acogedor.”

They were very attentive to make our stay pleasant, especially Sanna who was very kind and helpful, and that first encounter was truly enjoyable. Unfortunately the location is very far away, and although the distance isn’t huge, it feels so when you’re climbing a mountain and there are no sidewalks. Taxi services are very expensive and unreliable.

We really liked our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, organized, and met our expectations. Sanna, the host, was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole period, giving us useful tips and always available to help with anything we needed, even offering support with a transfer to the central square. We had a great experience and recommend the place. The fridge didn’t work.

“Spacious, clean stay with a fantastic host—just be prepared for the uphill walk!”

Mario was a fantastic host! Traveling solo, I really appreciated that he offered to pick me up from the bus station. When the fridge wasn’t working, he was incredibly responsive and had it replaced the same day. The space was spacious and clean, with a great hot shower and a lovely patio. I also liked being off the beaten path. About halfway into town there’s a supermarket, fruit market and self‑serve snack shop, which was really convenient for stocking up on water and snacks. I hadn’t realized just how far—and uphill—the walk from town would be. As a solo female traveller, I felt a little uneasy walking back at night, as some sections weren’t well lit and felt a bit eerie. Taxis are available but very expensive, so you need to be fit and comfortable with a good climb. I often did the trek twice a day—it was a lot, but my glutes have never looked better! 😂
