The place was very clean and the staff were pleasant; Ciaera was especially friendly at check‑in. I requested more decaf at night and had to wait 45 minutes before it arrived; after calling again it was delivered immediately. Apparently my first request never got through. The woman from housekeeping who handled the issue was very nice.

The spot was good for Penn Medicine, but the price was steep for what you received—one night cost almost $400 and breakfast wasn’t included.

The location was great and the rooms were clean, but there was no full breakfast.

The location was convenient, but there was a fair amount of wind noise in room 1224.
