The lodge’s setup is exceptional: everything is organized, clean, and beautiful, and the view is sensational. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for relaxing and resting. As I said, the place is outstanding, but it doesn’t surpass the service of Cecilia and Fabio (I’m not sure if that’s the name of the front‑desk guy). We were treated very well, with care and dedication far above the norm. We had a baby, and they offered fruit throughout the day. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, recommend restaurants, spots, etc. We felt at home. It’s clear the lodge staff enjoy welcoming and serving guests. When we return to Florianópolis, we already have a place to stay. Everything was excellent.

The place is gorgeous and spotless, right on the sand with a real Greek feel. Fabio and the whole team were super friendly, made us feel right at home, and the breakfast was solid enough to keep us coming back. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that was off.

We were treated really well and the staff were flexible about bringing our pets along, treating them like part of the family. They even whipped up a gluten‑free breakfast for my partner, the food was tasty, the bed comfy and everything was tidy. The little beach nearby was calm and far less crowded than the tourist spots, which we loved, though we wish the stay had been longer.

The housekeeping lady (name escapes me) was polite and attentive – definitely a 10 in my book. The hotel markets itself as beachfront, but the actual beach isn’t swim‑able and there’s a big sign warning that on the glass balcony; parking is a nightmare, you have to walk a couple of blocks to a paid lot.
