The island is great for a relaxed break, the apartments are in the city centre, close to the beach, and there are blankets and towels available. Breakfasts are tasty and the staff are helpful. You can rent a scooter and park under the property; the owner handles the parking permit. The area is full of restaurants, shops and bakeries, and the food is top‑class.

I spent three weeks in Campania, and this was the best place I stayed. Rosanna and her assistant gave an outstanding experience. The B&B sits very close to both Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte, and the nearest beach is just a block away. The main street in Ischia Porto, packed with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is only a minute’s walk. My room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The eat‑in kitchen and terrace were well designed and decorated. The B&B’s location makes it easy to travel to any other part of the island. The highlight, however, is Rosanna herself. She prepares a fantastic homemade breakfast each morning: homemade cornettos, cake, farm‑fresh eggs, juice, and coffee (espresso and cappuccino). During my stay she gave me extra homemade snacks to take with me, and she made a delicious savory cake that I think is called Casatiello (a Neapolitan Easter bread filled with pancetta, provolone and salami). She goes the extra mile to make every guest feel at home. I will definitely return to Rosanna Maison and can’t recommend it enough. Nothing was lacking; everything was fantastic.

Rosanna’s hospitality was a perfect 10/10! We were warmly welcomed and everything ran smoothly. The breakfast was very varied (especially if you’re used to a “classic Italian breakfast” with a cornetto and coffee) and super tasty and freshly made. The accommodation is cute in a maritime style and offers good standards. It’s located on a side street, but you can quickly reach the main commercial street of Ischia Town. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that when showering you have to be careful not to let half the bathroom fill with water because the shower niche is very open, but that’s just a high‑level complaint.

Everything and everyone were very kind and attentive, replying quickly to any questions we had. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we could walk to nearby restaurants; the beach is very close, only half a block away.
