It was so cosy and quiet; I stayed in a junior suite that was spacious and I was very impressed; the communal lounge areas were beautiful with plenty of cosy nooks to sit, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria, and the on‑site facilities were also very good; it’s an easy walk to the bus stop, supermarket and mall.

I booked a room for my relatives and they were satisfied. The place is kid‑friendly, and the carpets feature Swedish motifs.

The food and service were absolutely brilliant, and the hotel feels clean, bright, modern, and comfortable. However, even though I paid for three days of parking, I still got a ticket that I refuse to pay, despite the hotel reception confirming my payment.

The staff were very kind and welcoming throughout the hotel chain, responsive and available. We enjoyed our stay and will return. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but public transport is available.
