“Gut mit einem aber”

The view was dreamy and the spa was perfect; the staff organized all special requests, and breakfast was exceptional with a European standard. However, the hotel and its facilities need maintenance; the new building is fine but the older ones are outdated and partly dilapidated. The restaurant is nice but pricey, the steak was tough while the filet was good.

The setting was absolutely exceptional overlooking Lake Bin El Ouidane and the mountains; our Double Deluxe room was spacious, very comfortable, with a magnificent panoramic terrace and excellent bedding. We also enjoyed the pool, the private cinema, and dinner at Safran, both for the quality of the dishes and the view. The welcome at arrival was very good, and it was a refreshing stay in a truly beautiful place. A few details could be improved for a 5‑star establishment: there was no water bottle in the room despite a fridge, and room service closed at 22:00, which we weren’t informed of upon arrival. The hotel is quite isolated, so that can become restrictive. Breakfast is generous and varied, but its organization could be better, especially by highlighting Moroccan specialties. The welcome at the breakfast entrance could also be warmer and more attentive.

“Prachtige locatie en uitzicht, wel ruimte voor verbetering”

The view and location were beautiful; breakfast was also great, though a tip instead of all cake to offer something like yogurt or granola would be nice. Rooms were cleaned daily and new towels provided as needed, including bath towels on the sunbeds. The staff were super friendly, and the massage was very pleasant. Lunch and dinner were overpriced, the dinner menu was very minimal, and more varied options should be added. The room type we stayed in was due for renovation, which also applies to the furniture and sunbeds outside.

The room was clean and breakfast was decent. The pool was very poorly maintained, the pool towels did not match the hotel’s standard, and dinner was awful and inedible at the Safran restaurant.

Ausgewöhnliche Lage, bezaubernd 😍. Alles war top die Route ist sehr gut zu fahren sehr gut geschildert
