I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff's demeanor was quite off-putting, and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, I encountered numerous extra charges that seemed unnecessary. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem very cooperative in addressing my concerns.
