The staff were friendly and quick to fulfill my requests accurately. The pool and hot tub matched our expectations perfectly, yet kids in swimsuits ran through the lobby, splashing water everywhere, and the morning check‑out crowd was noisy; I also wished the TV offered more channels.

The room was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the water pressure was low, the bed was excessively soft and lumpy, and the property’s management appeared disorganized.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic. However, the price on a Wednesday felt a bit steep.

The location and breakfast were solid. Cleaning staff missed replacing towels in the bathroom, didn’t make the bed, and a refrigerator truck ran through the first‑floor hallway all night, creating a lot of noise.

I appreciated the staff, the location, the room, the shower, and the breakfast/coffee selections. The bed, however, was not very comfortable.
