The location was great, breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent. The cleaning left something to be desired because they forgot wet towels on one of our bags, and those towels weren’t even from our room.

The bathroom door didn't work, and they only changed the towel on the first day.

The location was perfect and breakfast was great, but I was assigned a room on the second floor next to the breakfast lounge that was noisy, very dark, and faced a concrete wall.

The location is excellent, and the staff are highly committed to helping. The hotel lobby is very spacious. The rooms are small.

The team is always polite and helpful, and the location is close to everything. The bathroom drain had a weak flow, wasting a lot of water before it heated up. Breakfast on weekends started too late at 07h30, and the tours began too early. A clearer guide for the small café when leaving early, such as where to pick it up or how to request it, would help.
