The restaurants were superb, the staff friendly and helpful, and the training and spa facilities were outstanding. The only issue was the hair dryer in my room and the small mirror placed between the toilet and sink, which was inconvenient and should be changed.

“Comfortable stay with heated roof top pool”

We picked this hotel because of its historic vibe, which was a big draw. It’s centrally located, but they told us we couldn’t go out, so that’s a mixed bag. There’s no simple poolside menu—no sandwiches, pizza, burgers, or the like—just a Peruvian rice dish that feels out of place by the pool. A small daytime poolside menu would have been nice. We also missed breakfast, and there were no pastries to pair with the excellent cappuccino.
