“Cozy, well-maintained house and a great base for exploring Canterbury”

Rooms are neat and clean, Wi‑Fi is fast, and the house itself feels cozy and well maintained; the à la carte breakfasts are tasty, staff are polite and ready to help, and private parking spots exist a 5‑minute walk away (though they’re not easy to spot). It’s a good spot for exploring Canterbury, and even though the house sits next to a busy road, our rooms on the 3rd floor kept the noise from bothering us.

“Very helpful host, nice hotel with charm, and great breakfast”

The staff were absolutely lovely and very hospitable, going out of their way to store my belongings and help me out; the hotel sits nicely close to the centre, all within walking distance. My room was very quiet, and the breakfast was amazing. The room’s facilities were freshly renovated yet still retained some of the old charm. The only downside was the narrow, steep stairs, but that didn’t bother me.

The bed was comfy, the breakfast selection was great, the bnb was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the fridge in the room was a real plus.

The hosts were welcoming, the facilities were clean, modern, and lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and the location made it easy to walk into the city centre; everything was perfect.
