The only good thing was the hotel’s location. I booked a Suite with a balcony, but when I arrived I was told the only balcony suite was already occupied. When I asked the manager for a solution, the reply was pathetic, far below the service level I expect from a hotel I’ve stayed at before.

The location and the host’s friendliness were great, but the room was poorly sound‑proofed.

The hotel’s location was excellent. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. In the surrounding area there were many restaurants and cafés.

Everything was perfect: the staff were extremely courteous and kind, ready to meet all our needs, the location was super central, and the free shuttle to Disneyland is wonderful. I can’t find anything that didn’t go right.
