The staff were friendly and the room comfortable, but for two of the three nights we had no hot water and only cold showers; breakfast was awful, we had to wait a long time each morning and the coffee was always cold.

I was blown away by everything—staff, room amenities, and food were all fantastic, and the value for money was exceptional; Katie and Mr Dat made sure everything was perfect for us. No complaints.
