Everything was perfect, and nothing was lacking.

The hotel is very pleasant with a spectacular view, comfortable beds, and the assistance staff—Iker, Axell, Cristoper, Carlos, and the rest—make you feel welcome, keep an eye on guest comfort, and bring good energy to the place; don’t forget to order an ice cream, it’s exquisite. The lack of clarity from the management area about my two reservations made me think I might have to pay extra fees that obviously had no justification, but the lady eventually understood and clarified the charge that had been made at the time.

The ocean‑front room was nice, the food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Everything was fine.

The waiters are very friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service, and the beach is very beautiful. The reception staff are not as friendly and do not explain everything well; they don’t give you the Wi‑Fi password or similar details. They could improve a lot in that area, because it’s the first impression of the hotel.
