“Beau Gîte de charme”

A charming cottage in the Domaine du Château du Breuil. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with careful décor and furnishings. Cleanliness was impeccable. The place was very quiet, far from car traffic, guaranteeing tranquility. The welcome was excellent, warm and friendly. The private pool was much appreciated, spacious and overlooking the adjacent woods. A perfect haven for rest and enjoying the peaceful countryside. Everything was perfect! We’ll come back with friends, and there’s an option to rent cottages for four people. While searching thoroughly… nothing.

“Gîte agréable et bien équipé au calme proche de Laon.”

The cottage was pleasant, spacious, well equipped and quiet, with a lovely heated pool; Olivier’s welcome was very friendly, the breakfast was complete, and Hugo offered homemade evening meals that were good value; the bathroom finishes could use a touch of improvement.

“Be careful...”

The location was peaceful, the host friendly, and the indoor pool was warm, but the spiral staircase lacked a proper handrail, and the bedroom and bathroom were on different floors with a risky set of stairs (one handrail in the old granary, other rooms may not have this issue).
