“Bonito alojamiento, pero con algunos inconvenientes”

We liked the accommodation itself, especially the room comfort, security system, and well-designed common areas. The Wi‑Fi glitches and interruptions to basic services like electricity and water were the biggest drawbacks, affecting our comfort during the stay. Overall, we had a good stay. On the first night we had no electricity until 6:00 a.m. and later no water until 11 a.m.; we understand these are unforeseen, but we think a contingency plan should be in place as they impact the guest experience.

The rooms felt like a set from a film, but the bathroom and sink temperature controls were a bit finicky, sometimes too hot or too cold.

“Acogedora”

The facilities were lovely, the house overall was beautiful, cozy, and had excellent natural lighting, yet it felt a bit exposed because there is no security gate and the windows lack grilles for aesthetic reasons.
