Thank you, Claudia, for a lovely stay. This boutique hotel offers a personalized experience that feels like being welcomed into someone’s home. The morning birdsong, beautifully maintained garden, and ocean air combine perfectly. I’ll be staying here again!

Such a charming inn. From the moment you walk in, you feel very welcome. The proprietor, Claudia, is just the sweetest; it was a delight visiting with her between our adventures around town. We stayed in the upstairs Bordeaux room, which had a great view of Morro Rock. We were very pleased with the water pressure in the shower and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect; it’s a very easy walk to the shops and restaurants down on the embarcadero. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was small, offering yogurt, fruit, and coffee, and the scones on the second morning were delicious, though the muffins on the first morning fell short of that quality.

The continental breakfast was pleasant, available inside, in the garden, or taken to a balcony table; the rooms were nicely decorated, and the hotel was within easy walking distance of many restaurants and businesses.
