The place is unbeatable for its location and lake‑front amenities. We stayed in a huge, spacious suite with a fantastic lake view, a large living room, and a soaking tub. Breakfast was incredible, and the restaurant staff were so kind and remembered us every day. We enjoyed the lakefront pool, hot tub, and the spa facilities, including the indoor pool with its start button on the wall, a steam room, three saunas, and several lounge areas. Being in the heart of town made it easy to walk and explore shops and restaurants. It was a bit confusing figuring out the multiple elevators and where to go, but we eventually got it. The massage therapist was on vacation that week, but other services were available, and because it was off‑season the pool bar was closed; we asked for a waiter to bring drinks, which was very nice.

The staff were very friendly everywhere, and the beach area was fantastic. The layout feels a bit convoluted and you can get lost quickly, but that’s due to the main building and can’t be changed.
