The location and beach were amazing, and the social vibe was good. The workers treat you horribly, especially the security at the main entrance to the front desk (they were the worst), and the bar tenders don’t treat you well unless you tip them. The quality of alcohol and food was horrible; they can’t even provide a basic Barcelo or Brugal (local rum), and the themed restaurants were horrible.

The beach proximity is a plus. It’s far from downtown Punta Cana, cleanliness is poor, rooms and facilities are outdated, and the buffet is monotonous—almost the same dishes every day.
