They charged an extra bed for an 8‑year‑old at 75,000, the bed was dusty, the towel smelled, the room was dusty, and the spray wasn’t replaced.

The staff were very kind and eager to help as much as possible, but everything was in a dreadful state: broken tiles in the bathroom, filthy toilet, spider webs everywhere, a layer of dust on the VMC, horrendously dirty showerheads, moldy walls, dirty paint peeling off, the capsule beds looked better than the rooms, and they were also air‑conditioned—an incredible difference.

The room was clean, smelled great, the toilet was clean, and I was very satisfied staying there.
