The grounds are beautiful and the location between the airports was useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. A la carte food was okay but nothing exceptional. The buffet breakfast had flies and insects, which was not appealing, and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

We had a wonderful stay at RiverTrees Country Inn and really enjoyed our time there. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery, making it a lovely place to relax after traveling. Our room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and having a relaxing massage at the property was a wonderful addition to our stay. The location was very convenient for us, especially as a starting point for our safari, while still feeling peaceful and removed from the busy city. Everything was well organized, and we felt very well taken care of during our stay. RiverTrees was a lovely introduction to Tanzania, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in the Arusha area.

The staff were excellent; Glory was very welcoming and pleasant, and Emanuel was friendly and helpful. The gardens were lovely, the whole place was calming and very green—a great way to start our trip in Tanzania.
