The staff understood Japanese, the location was easy to find and the rooms were a good size and very functional. We booked four rooms for 13 people in four families and got them side by side, which made moving around simple. No real complaints, though the taxi that took us there got lost and I wasn’t sure how best to explain the directions.

The front desk man's attitude was very poor.

The shower had a strong water flow and the bed was soft and comfortable. The cleanliness of the sheets could be improved, and the night‑shift staff need to work on their attitude – when I asked about breakfast they said nothing and only pointed at a sign, which left a poor impression, and the breakfast itself was very plain.
