“Même sans parler la même langue on peut se comprendre”

The reception staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help (they drove us to the hot springs and, on the last day, to the station). The washing machine was very handy, and hot water was available for breakfast. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom had a shower separated by a glass pane that keeps everything from getting wet.
