The hostel sits in a great spot with plenty of activities, and it’s really social. The en‑suite bathroom kept getting muddy floors after showers, a problem I’ve never seen before. They’re very party‑oriented and push alcohol, and their day tours cost twice what similar tours elsewhere do. If you book a tour you’ll lose the $20+ even if you cancel a day early.

I stayed in a lovely private room on the top floor, and the communal bar was very social with a lot of activities.

The staff were wonderful, especially Ann who was so friendly and welcoming. The location and facilities are great, but the place has a big party vibe that might not suit everyone. We never had to deal with late‑night noise, and the activities—like the bamboo boat trip and cooking class—made the stay worthwhile.

The rooms were fairly decent with clean bathrooms. The hostel organized daily activities; we did the cycling tour and the booze cruise, both amazing, and I’d highly recommend them. Prices were reasonable for what was included, and we had a great time in Fuse. The sauna and recovery room are only open from 8 am to 4 pm and are quite small.
