The owners were super friendly, the room was huge, clean and comfy, and the city view was great. Breakfast was solid. The only downside was the location – a bit of a climb back to the hotel and a noisy road right outside, though closing the windows helped.

Spot on location, spotless, stunning views of Yerevan and Aragats, and all the comforts you’d expect. Cleaning comes every two days – you can shift it if needed. Prices for private tours are reasonable. The only snag is taxis struggle on the narrow road.

Breakfast was decent, and the balcony view of the city is amazing – the best part. The downside? Soundproofing could be better and the sink area is a tight squeeze.

The welcome and friendliness were outstanding, rooms were spacious, clean and even had shower caddies. We ate fresh homemade breakfast on the terrace with a city view every day. It’s a solid spot just outside the center and easy to get to.

The hotel is run flawlessly, staff are super prepared, welcoming and friendly. Rooms are gorgeous, roomy and spotless, and there’s private parking. Highly recommended!
