“A great location and kind receptionist, but the lack of housekeeping was disappointing.”
I chose this hotel because of its good reputation and central location, and many places in Swansea are within walking distance, so I did not need a car; the woman at reception was very kind and tried to help me with my luggage. I was surprised that there was no luggage assistance, and my main disappointment was the housekeeping: on two days I left in the morning and returned in the evening to find that my room had not been cleaned or tidied. I raised this with the staff, but it affected my stay. I had hoped to extend my booking, but I decided to stay somewhere else instead. I hope the hotel gives more attention to cleanliness and room service, as it has a good reputation.
