This spot is amazing and the staff are super helpful. Joana, who runs the place, is very kind and flexible; we had great conversations with her and hope to return soon. The hotel is dog‑friendly, and our dog stayed with us. I can’t think of anything negative—everything was great!

What an incredible place! The drive to the apartment was already an interesting experience, but the view from above is absolutely spectacular. You can admire the vineyards while lounging in the pool, eating grapes straight from the bush. The rooms are very atmospheric, and the service is lovely. The narrow streets on the way there add to the charm of the place.

The place is beautifully situated among vineyards in an old house with history, very intimate and with few guests. The pool views are fantastic, and the manager and staff are very friendly. Breakfast served on the terrace is plentiful. The homemade dinner (you learn the menu on the day you order) is decent but not spectacular; a nearby small restaurant cooks better. A minibar in the garden is available “on a notebook” – a great touch. The setting has an incredible history and atmosphere, letting you truly step back in time. The downside is that, being a historic building, the beds are old, creaky, narrow, and not very comfortable, so we didn’t sleep well – a priority in a place like this. Plus, we hit a heatwave (40 °C) with no air conditioning, just fans in the rooms, which was bothersome.

We enjoyed the peace, staying by the pool with a romantic sunset view. The lady prepared an excellent multi‑course dinner for us in the evening, and the morning offered a hearty breakfast, all for a very reasonable price. There was nothing to complain about.
