We were lucky to get a splendid room with a balcony. The staff handled every issue promptly, and the hotel was the only one that issued us a stay‑certificate, which is required if you stay on the RUS territory for more than 14 days.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Service was excellent, especially Aziz whose kindness is a major plus. For a small fee you can do laundry. The room amenities matched the description (kettle, coffee, tea, toiletries, etc.). The location is good, close to the boulevard with plenty of greenery.

Total unhygienic. We booked for four days but had to leave after the first night, sleeping in our clothes. No soap, toothpaste or brushes. Photos attached for proof.

Nothing to say. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a hostel or a shelter. If you want to ruin your vacation, go there. Check the bedding (photo attached).

The staff were very friendly and some spoke English. It’s a new building with a great indoor pool. Sauna and hammam are extra. Breakfast is fine but very sweet; fruit and veg are available; coffee only Nescafé. Rooms are large and relatively quiet. The AC works well and quietly. Towels are changed daily. No elevator, which didn’t bother us. The points that matter are the cleanliness and safety in the bathroom: see photos. A plug is hanging in the bath, the sink is dirty and the toilet seat is very unclean. The shower tiles are wrong and water runs all over the room. It’s disappointing that a new building has such faults. Only one plug between the beds! The operators should fix this or the new building will deteriorate. The beds were not made; only sheets were provided.
