The location is great, the staff are helpful, the security at the entrance offers hot drinks 24/7, and the Lavazza machine with pods is in the room. The $250 deposit on the credit card feels excessive, and the room wasn’t cleaned for two consecutive days, but as soon as I pointed it out they fixed it right away.

The room had a sofa bed, a full kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, and a microwave that also had a hood (quite unusual), plus all the cookware, dishes, and glasses needed for cooking; everything was super clean and new, and there was a small sofa area in the hallway. Cleaning came almost daily and the place stayed spotless. It was a very good stay and I’d come back. There’s a small gym and a free laundry area on the third floor, and on the top floor, the 33rd, there’s an amazing rooftop with free coffee, sofas, and a play area. The only downside is that sleeping on the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and I could have used a few more pillows.

The room and location were fine. The hard‑sell push for timeshares at check‑in was awful, and they took money from my card without telling me. When I demanded a refund and expressed how unhappy I was, the staff member tore up a related document right in front of me. That was unacceptable and ruined my entire holiday.
