The new building was a pleasant surprise; the room turned out larger than the photos suggested, and the free parking in front of the entrance on the long street was very convenient. A small shared kitchen for coffee was handy, and the owner was friendly and guided us over the phone to enter the premises. The cleaning was decent but could improve; adding a towel hook in the bathroom for face towels and bidet would be helpful.

The new apartments were pretty good overall, but the owner was very unfriendly and created a problem where none existed. In the morning the tap had no water, nobody warned us or did anything to fix it. When we called the owner, no one answered, probably thinking that was how they solved the issue. The fridge in the kitchen was broken, and there were no cups or appliances.
