Hotel KRYC Luxury Living near Indraprastha Apollo Hospital denied check‑in even though my voucher was confirmed on oof oking.com, forcing us to pay extra to stay elsewhere at the last minute; overall a bad experience with poor support.

The ambiance and hospitality at this place were top-notch, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the old, stained linen and walls. It was a shame, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be really special.

This place is a complete rip-off. We booked a studio for 4 nights but they gave us a hotel room instead. The facilities they advertised were nowhere to be found, and when we asked to see our booking, they just denied it. The room was disgusting - dirty toilet, shower, and a hole in the bed sheets. To top it off, they wouldn't even let us bring food from outside, and the room service was non-existent. Needless to say, we left after just one night and paid for the remaining 3 nights.

Unfortunately, this place was a major letdown. The rooms were not clean and definitely not hygienic. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. The value was high, but not in a good way.
