The value for money was solid, and the entrance instructions were clear. It’s a bit out of town, but Bilbao isn’t huge—about a 15‑minute walk. The room was ready an hour early, clean, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The street is lined with pintxo bars and grocery shops. I’d definitely return for this price. The downside was the hallway noise, especially the door of the neighboring room, plus some boiler or wall‑mounted noise that bothered me at night.

There’s a microwave available, and the price is cheap. There’s no hair dryer, no blanket, only a blanket. My room had no desk.

They told me the sheets were clean, but they didn’t look clean; I sent a video and they promised to fix it the next day at 12h because I was staying two nights, but at 13h I told them it wasn’t necessary and they stopped replying. When I arrived at night nothing had been done. I thought it would be a normal pension, but there was no staff, it was an apartment with several rooms, no kitchen access, just a microwave in the lobby. I don’t recommend it at all.

The room was more or less well located with a street-facing balcony. The double bed was a bit narrow.

It’s well located, the room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, highly recommended. Getting in was a little difficult, otherwise everything was great.
