I was shocked by the lack of hospitality—after making an advance booking, no rooms were given, and the staff were downright rude. I urge the management to update their service standards, otherwise future clients should avoid this place.

“Very Bad, Very Poor I do not recommend, Request Booking.com to take action immediately”

The location is fine, but the staff are extremely unsupportive and unprofessional. Even when I asked for a room clean, no one came. They tried to lecture us about hotel rules as if we were staying at a Taj, yet they still fell short of basic standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family.

“Never Gonna Choose This Again, Booking.Com Should Remove This Hotel From Their List”

No Wi‑Fi, terrible facilities, awful room and food service, and after requesting a room clean, no one ever showed up the whole day. The ground‑floor staff constantly argued that you couldn’t do this or that, yet no service was provided. If you’re traveling with family, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel; the staff are extremely unprofessional and you’ll be better off paying a little more elsewhere.

“Don't book a room with them”

My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster. Despite booking a room a month in advance, we were denied our room upon arrival at 1:00 am. We were forced to search for another room, only to find out that our original room had been cancelled without any prior notification. The hotel's lack of professionalism and communication left a lot to be desired.
