Comfortable, clean. What I didn't like is when I made the reservation. I made it for a king size. Bed and I got 2 Queen size beds. There's only 2 of us and when I wanted downstairs, they said they didn't have any king size beds on the 1st floor that's a lie because we stayed there before several times and had 1st floor and had a king size bed

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small.

On check in we asked for rooms on 1st floor and got them and really appreciated them. I had no caffinated coffee in my room

The beds were very comfortable and the room was a nice size, right where we needed it—just 5 minutes from the water ski competition. However, there was no soap, shampoo, or regular coffee in the room, and someone had forgotten to refill the large containers in the shower area, which was disappointing since I love a cup of coffee in the morning.
