The staff, especially Oscar, gave an outstanding welcome. The room, however, needed a full refresh: many surfaces were chipped, the shower screen was very rusty and mouldy, and the toilet was not great.

After paying for breakfast, the receptionist told us the breakfast schedule, which we couldn’t find online beforehand. The breakfast slot ended so early it didn’t fit our plans, so we decided not to eat there, and he promised a refund “tomorrow.” Two months later the refund is still missing and they’ve stopped replying to our messages and emails. The light switch in our room was broken, but he couldn’t give us another room because “the hotel was full.”

The staff were very welcoming and warm, the rooms were immaculate, I recommend it. The only downside was the noise.

Breakfast was well‑located and the welcome was great. The croissants were lacking and the equipment—check the lamps and the air‑conditioning—could be better.
