The location was good, relatively close to the city center, walkable to the main square and buses also passed nearby. The room was very hot, even though it wasn’t that hot outside, which made rest a bit uncomfortable at times, but overall everything was excellent.

The kitchen appliances were decent, but the overall design felt too elegant and not very practical, especially if you’re looking to just relax. The breakfast promised in the ads turned out to be only four anonymous coffee pods. I arrived around 10:30/11:00 am and was told via WhatsApp to wait because the room wasn’t ready; they promised to contact me as soon as it was. Check‑in was scheduled for 15:00, yet by 17:00 I sent another message to the hotel’s WhatsApp number and they told me I could enter, claiming they had already sent a message, but I never received anything. The jacuzzi shower head leaked, forcing us to spend the first evening scooping water from the floor. The bidet had no hot water, the shower head sprayed water upward onto the ceiling, and the bed was only about twenty centimetres off the floor, so when you lay down it sagged even more, almost like sleeping on the ground with a raised centre. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool the room well.

The owners were incredibly helpful, the cleaning was flawless, and walking to Siena took only five minutes—pure luxury. The décor details were very entertaining. Nothing to complain about.

J’ai apprécié la taille du lit, la literie, les oreillers et la décoration de la chambre. La chambre a été tres bien nettoyée. Les echanges avec lhote ont été tres fluide et clair. La clim est tres bruyante et nous a empêché de dormir, il faut soit l'éteindre et avoir chaud soit l'allumer et subir le bruit. Le bruit également de la part des logements aux alentours, la chambre manque d'isolation phonique ce qui rend l'endroit extrêmement bruyant et tres inconfortable. Vous devrez contacter l'hôtel si vous souhaitez 1 renouvellement des facilities
