“Great customer service”
One of the rooms had an issue, so they separated our rooms and later moved us to different ones to fix it; overall a good stay for the price and the nights were quiet.

I didn't have breakfast there. Initially the room had a toilet leak and a large puddle under it, so they switched us to larger rooms and improved the situation; I still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage there and even take a shower before heading to the airport. The hotel itself is truly beautiful.

I was impressed with the size of my room, which had a small balcony, and the hotel's location was excellent. However, I encountered some issues with the elevator, which only worked partially and didn't stop on our floor due to a defect.
