The view from the terrace, the hosts’ friendliness (welcome drink, trying to bridge the language barrier), a family‑like vibe, and air conditioning. The exterior of the house is still unfinished, which lowers the overall impression, but the interior décor is appropriate.

The hosts are extremely friendly and pleasant, making an effort to ensure comfort; breakfast was excellent, whatever you wanted, and the location felt like a dream.
