Nothing about the hotel really caught my eye. The hotel staff were terrible, and the restaurant food was very bad. We complained, but they didn’t add it to our bill. The parking fee, which is charged by all hotels, felt like a robbery for guests. The facilities were low‑quality and the overall service was poor. It was a bad experience, and we left early. The concierge was charging us a lot more; my partner noticed and said it was an error that was later corrected. In short, just problems and shortcomings during a vacation stay.
