Great location, very quiet place. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nothing good to say. The service was terrible, no one was available to check you in, I paid 245,00 in cleaning fee but there was no cleaning, after five nights the towels weren’t changed, the courtyard was full of animal droppings that had never been cleaned, there was only one bathroom for ten rooms, I was assigned a room outside the house without a bathroom or water, I complained on WhatsApp and was poorly attended; I asked to change rooms and was ignored. I’m 65 years old and I was not respected.

Perfect location for those going to shows at Allianz Park and for those who just want to sleep at night; it’s a calm and quiet spot. The bathrooms were very small and the door of one of the showers wouldn’t close.

“Satisfeitos”

Very attentive, and since my first time I have nothing to complain about; I’ll stay there again with my sister, who liked it as much as I did the first time. Nothing major to mention, just a small note about noise on weekends at unapproved times; a bit more care would be great, but it’s not a huge issue and people can’t be controlled.

The location matched what I expected, and the price was reasonable. The cleanliness was lacking; the room was dusty and the bathroom was covered in grime.
