We stayed at Casa Riverstone and enjoyed the lovely setting and clean, comfortable rooms. The laundry service was a lifesaver, and the pool area was nice. The price felt a bit high compared to other local options.

The dorm was spacious and the bathroom even more so, which was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t sure if I could use the kitchen, and the dorm lacked small shelves or a nightstand for my stuff. We were staying with a private host, and two doors were lockable; keys were available for the rooms but not for the dorms, which was disappointing and led me to leave.

The pool was great and the location calm, a little farther from the city centre but still walkable. The shared bathroom and most of the room were clean. Staff interaction was minimal; they only spoke if you asked them something, making us feel like intruders. No free filtered water was provided, and warm filtered water required payment. The bedroom was spacious with good AC, but I found what looked like bat droppings on my bed every day.

I loved it—Mrs. Cristina and the whole staff were very friendly, breakfasts were delicious, the room was comfortable and clean, and overall the hostel was spotless, organized, and beautiful.

The setting was very pleasant, with nice décor. The star‑lit pool at night and sunny mornings were great. The shared room was very spacious, and the welcome was excellent. Nothing to add.
