The place smelled horribly of cigarettes, the bathtub was torn up, the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to flush it with a trash can full of water from the tub.

The location was great, and everything else was fine.

I appreciated the courtyard and the many spots to let my dog go to the bathroom, but the building was very run down and not well maintained; the room was disgusting. I have more pictures, but I can only upload four.
