Cleanliness, room service, and the staff were all excellent, but the gym was small and the machines were rusty and poorly maintained.

The location is in the heart of Jounieh, close to cafés and restaurants, and the pool with its terrace is nice; the room was clean, the breakfast helpful, the staff were friendly, and the massage was great. Nothing to complain about.
