The peaceful natural setting was wonderful, the à la carte breakfast delightful, and the room’s size, comfort, and design were impressive. The restaurant’s menu felt a bit limited and too Western‑oriented, missing some authenticity.

This was undoubtedly one of the easiest and most pleasant stays we’ve had; the room was comfortable and well‑equipped, making the entire check‑in to check‑out process seamless. Every detail met a five‑star standard—value, amenities, and especially service. The staff went above and beyond, and the restaurant team was equally attentive and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Anto and Mr. Advaith, whose exemplary service made the stay memorable and reflected the hotel’s hospitality culture. Highly recommend this property for a flawless, high‑quality experience.

Fantastic, though a bit far from the city.

The place truly lives up to its name “sanctuary”; it’s a retreat where you can unwind, reconnect with nature, and recharge body and soul. I spent four nights with my daughters and it was the highlight of our Indian trip. The room was spacious enough for the three of us and had everything within arm’s reach. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing—my youngest visited at least twice a day. They don’t use chlorine, instead natural salts keep the water clean, and the stone features are a real attraction. I wanted to try the Jacuzzi but couldn’t figure out how to use it. The breakfast was the best part: no buffet, which avoids overeating or waste, and they offered a unique selection with daily specials. I loved the signature omelette and the traditional South Indian millet breakfasts. Thanks to the entire staff and management for the excellent hospitality.

Very spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff were excellent. Dinner options, however, were limited.
